The GINGER: Diary

A few years ago I had the opportunity to be invited by Keune Romania to be part of an event in a beautiful location close to the Black Sea, in Constanta. This super event brought uniqueness and managed to bring the simple concept to the most complicated level. The theme of the event “Beauty has no age limit” had a strong impact and it was a very appreciated subject.

All the creations that made this event so unique and special were made by the talented fashion designer Cristina Cernei, a designer based in Bucharest – Romania. As you will see below, Cristina Cernei designs were all extravagant pieces.

Also, all the sophisticated hairstyles were made by the talented hairstylist Victoria Schimbator, hairstylist based in the Republic of Moldova. Victoria has developed a personal style in approaching special hairstyles, everything resulting in emotions at first sight.

The challenge of the Endless Beauty project was to offer solutions and coloring ideas to the hairdressers for a varied age segment. Thus, KEUNE team has revealed fast coloring techniques, creative coloring solutions exactly in front of them and, also, colorimetry information. On the other side, Victoria Schimbator has proposed to the public stylish and feminine hairstyle dedicated to a wide range of clients, from mother to daughter, highlighting in this way the main idea of this event.

All the models showed their beauty on the stage and showed the confidence that every woman needs to have. They have presented on the podium the most beautiful dresses, an accessory with handmade leather gloves and applications signed by Cristina Cernei. At the same time, the cuffs were complemented by bronze shades created by designer Cristina Bacio, and last but not least, the wonderful makeup made bu talented make-up artist Cristina Colibaba and her team.

For almost 8 hours, the audience of hairdressers witnessed step-by-step technical demonstrations on getting the most intimate hairstyles and special colors.

The effect was even greater due to the very special models: their mothers and daughters became Keune ambassadors for a day.  It’s true that in a hairdressing salon is not coming a standard customer, but rather an aspiration client.  The woman is beautiful at any age if she is offered the right solutions for her age.

Hairstylists from Constanta have found their inspiration in all the creations made by Victoria and the Keune team, being now ready to offer customized solutions to clients, regardless of their age, personality or event.

I like to say that beauty is for everyone and everyone needs to take care of her beauty.  Ultimately, any woman deserves to be appreciated, regardless of age.
